Our professional teams are involved in all aspects and stages of private equity investment, from deal sourcing through to exit. Typically, we hire people into funds, and we look to acquire individuals with a strong academic history as well as demonstrated success in a similar environment.
We have a range of associate and senior associate hiring programs each year that are dependent on current market conditions and potential global requirements. Our associate hiring programs typically start in the spring, with successful candidates looking to start in the following summer. We have a 2-year associate program for the majority of our funds. We require all candidates to have completed an undergraduate degree with a high percentile finishing GPA score, plus a minimum of 2 years experience in investment banking, or an associated professional service field, such as consulting. Our senior associate requirements are for a completed MBA and at least 3 years of experience within private equity or an associated professional service field.
